Synergie Belgium, dat zijn 450 collega's. Meer dan 70 kantoren en in-house teams bij bedrijven. Vier gespecialiseerde afdelingen - Interim, Careers, Construct en S&you. Allemaal gericht op één doel: de juiste persoon op de juiste werkplek.


Om ons Large Accounts (LA) kantoor van Synergie Diegem te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een medewerker die zijn/haar eerste stappen wil zetten binnen HR. Onze LA-kantoren werken samen met grote nationale bedrijven, waar zij instaan voor onder andere rekrutering, planning, voorzien van werkkledij, opvolging van ziekte, etc,..

Als recruiter bij Synergie ben je in de eerste plaats een matchmaker tussen bedrijven en werkzoekenden. Je speurt actief naar potentiële kandidaten op diverse kanalen. Zodra je een interessant profiel ontdekt, grijp je de telefoon en plan je een gesprek in. Tijdens dit gesprek onderzoek je de competenties, ervaring en motivatie van de kandidaat en stel je geschikte vacatures voor. Ook op administratief gebied zorg je voor een vlekkeloze gang van zaken.

Kortom, de job als recruiter is een gevarieerde combinatie van sociale contacten én administratie


Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Heb jij een bachelordiploma op zak? Top In human resources, talen, communicatie, psychologie.. Onze recruiters hebben verschillende achtergronden.
  • Zonder diploma aan de slag? Wel relevante ervaring op zak? Ervaring in HR, talent acquisition of payroll is een grote plus, maar als jij al ervaring hebt in sales, retail of administratie, dan is dat ook helemaal top Zelfs als het gaat om ervaring als jobstudent is dit mooi meegenomen.
  • Daarnaast hou je van contact met mensen. Als recruiter kijk je verder dan het cv en luistert onbevooroordeeld naar de kandidaat die voor je zit. Je houdt het hoofd koel op drukke momenten en staat je stevig in je schoenen. Een uitdaging ga jij niet uit de weg, je bent nieuwsgierig ingesteld en wilt graag bijleren in de wereld van HR
  • Een woordje Frans spreken is een pluspunt
