Haal jij energie uit nieuwe contacten leggen in de bijzonder concurrentiële maar boeiende markt van HR? Heb jij al een zeker netwerk op C-level en spot je elke nieuwe kans om dat netwerk te verruimen? Dan ben jij de geschikte persoon om onze klantenportefeuille uit te breiden van (middel)grote ondernemingen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.  
 
Zo ziet jouw nieuwe job eruit:  
  • Samen met het salesmanagement ga je op zoek naar nieuwe acquisities. Je maakt in overleg jouw account- en prospectplannen op en spreekt de markt aan die Attentia nog niet kent in de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Ken je of spot je opportuniteiten in andere regio’s? Dan ga je er uiteraard achteraan.  
  • Je bent (bijna) dagelijks op de baan om jouw prospecten te zien en warm te maken voor ons unieke aanbod op vlak van HR (payroll, tijdsregistratie, HR-consultancy en welzijn).  
  • Je neemt deel aan verschillende netwerkevents en je bent altijd attent voor nieuwe businessopportuniteiten. 
  • Als projectmanager werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders en experts (legal partners, IT, sociaal secretariaat) om prospecten te overtuigen en de beste oplossingen te bieden.  
  • Je bent in de lead om tenders mee uit te schrijven in nauw overleg met je expertenteam.  

Herken je jezelf hierin?  
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- en/of masterdiploma en hebt minimum een eerste werkervaring binnen een commerciële functie met contacten op C-level. Je kent de werking en communicatie op directieniveau.  
  • Je bent een uitmuntende netwerker en een echte doorzetter die graag op lange termijn aan een sterke vertrouwensrelatie werkt. 
  • Je haalt energie uit de contacten met prospecten. Een lange verkoopcyclus is op je lijf geschreven. 
  • Idealiter heb je al een sterke affiniteit met HR, maar we versterken jou on-the-job om de nodige diepgaande expertise op te bouwen.  
  • Je hebt ervaring met tenders/projectmanagement of je hebt veel goesting om je hierin te verdiepen. 
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands, maar je durft ook een woordje Frans spreken.
