a Full-stack Developer for our Data & Insights team. And we believe that you are the right person. Here's a summary of what the job entails:
As a full-stack developer for our Data & Insights team, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative initiatives. You’ll build prototypes of data and AI solutions that can be rapidly tested and evaluated by our internal customers.
- You are responsible for the technical elaboration of a product vision;
- You are interested in working with a broad range of technologies;
- You can prioritize speed of delivery to quickly gather feedback and iterate on prototypes;
- You can rapidly prototype and experiment with new tools and frameworks to develop innovative solutions;
- You have an affinity with user interfaces and can translate data and AI tools and algorithms into user-friendly interfaces;
- You see opportunities everywhere and think in terms of solutions. Your strong analytical skills come in handy;
- You always look through the eyes of the user. How does your work create an optimal user experience;
- You are always willing to work end-to-end, including thorough testing of the new products;
- You can work independently but also attach great importance to a good team spirit.

What's on your CV,
is important but by no means the only thing we attach importance to. Your proactive approach, problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively, are even more crucial. We do expect you to have the right experience however, so that you can feel perfectly at home in your new job:
- You have hands-on development experience in full-stack technologies, for instance .Net and React, but also other tech stacks might be useful as well;
- You are proficient with Github, testing tools, APIs (f.e. Fast API) and cloud environments (f.e. Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure);
- You have an affinity for UX/UI design;
- You are familiar with relational databases, preferably SQL server and NOSQL databases;
- Experience with Identity Providers is a plus, as well as knowledge of OIDC.
You will be working at TPS, Mediahuis' International IT & data department, in our data science team, a talented group that builds data science models, provides analysis and works closely with editors, marketing & sales.
