Functieomschrijving Wat als je de controle over energieprocessen zou kunnen nemen en een sleutelrol zou spelen in projecten die de duurzame toekomst van energie vormgeven?

Sluit je aan bij Equans als Process Engineer binnen de afdeling Sustainable Energetic Solutions (SES) in Grimbergen of Fleurus. Met jouw expertise optimaliseer je de kern van energie-installaties en werk je mee aan innovatieve projecten. In deze functie werk je op één van beide locaties, afhankelijk van de projecten en jouw voorkeur.

Klaar om energie te transformeren?
  • je coördineert de proces activiteiten en basisontwerpen voor grootschalige energieprojecten (warmte- en elektriciteitsproductie)
  • je zorgt ervoor dat de contractuele ontwerpgegevens en performantiegaranties in elke fase worden gerespecteerd, van offerte tot definitieve oplevering aan de klant
  • je ontwerpt het concept van een veilige en goed functionerende installatie
  • je stelt de energie- en massabalansen (Heat & Mass balance) van de installaties op om de efficiëntie te waarborgen
  • je stelt de Process Flow Diagrams op en bepaalt de belangrijkste parameters (densiteit, debiet, druk, temperatuur, …), voor verschillende operationele omstandigheden (normale werking, opstart/stop, processtoringen, etc.)
  • je superviseert het opstellen en reviseren van P&ID's om de consistentie tussen ontwerp en uitvoering te garanderen
  • je levert procesdata aan voor de technische fiches van de verschillende onderdelen van de installaties
  • je plant en leidt de HAZOP- en LOPA-sessies en stelt de bedieningshandleiding op om een optimale opvolging van de installaties te waarborgen
  • je stelt de functionele beschrijving van de installatie op en definieert de proceswaarden voor de leidingenlijst
  • je ondersteunt het inbedrijfstellingsteam tijdens de hot commissioning op locatie
  • je definieert en volgt de performantietesten van de installatie op om ervoor te zorgen dat alles volgens de strengste normen werkt, en stelt het performantierapport op
Profiel Klaar om in actie te komen?
  • je hebt een grondige kennis van energiesystemen en ervaring in procesbeheer
  • je kunt gespecialiseerde software gebruiken om energiesystemen te ontwerpen (P&ID, warmtebalansen, datasheets)
  • je kunt goed omgaan met druk en deadlines halen
  • je communiceert effectief met interne en externe stakeholders
  • je werkt in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
