Wir suchen dich als unseren neuen hochmotivierten Information Security Manager (gn). Die Position ist ab sofort an unserem Hauptsitz in Fulda oder remote in der EU verfügbar.

Deine Aufgaben

Aktive Unterstützung und idealerweise Leitung von Proemions Cybersicherheitsinitiativen wie:

  • Bewertung und Verwaltung von Sicherheitsrisiken
  • Beaufsichtigung von ISMS-Audits
  • Überwachung möglicher Cybersicherheitsbedrohungen und -risiken
  • Unterstützung unserer Softwareentwicklung durch Überprüfung und Beratung sowie allgemeiner Sicherheitsberatung bei Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Proemion SaaS, physischen Produkten und der Infrastruktur
  • Erweiterung und Beschleunigung unseres Secure Software Development Lifecycle durch Förderung und ggf. Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von statischer Codeanalyse, Penetrationstests, Schwachstellentests (OWASP 10 erforderlich) und anderen relevanten Techniken
  • Einhaltung von Vorschriften wie ISO27001, DSGVO, usw. Insbesondere ISO27001 wird ein unmittelbares Schwerpunktthema sein
  • Ausbau und Beaufsichtigung des Proemion-Vorfallsmanagements und der Reaktion darauf
  • Vorbereitung und/oder Evaluierung von Ressourcen für interne Schulungen
  • Erweiterung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Dokumentation des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems
  • Bearbeitung von Fragebögen Dritter in Bezug auf die Informationssicherheit von Lieferanten und Kunden
Deine Qualifikationen Must-haves:
  • Du verfügst über nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Informations- und Cybersicherheit
  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung und Verwaltung von Sicherheitsrisiken
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache für Automatisierungszwecke
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung (gegenüber internen und externen Kunden)
  • Du zeigst Durchsetzungsvermögen: Du übernimmst Aufgaben, ohne darauf zu warten, dass die Bedingungen perfekt sind oder andere die Verantwortung dafür übernehmen.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Neugierde und Eigenverantwortung sowie starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus

Nice-to-have:
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Informationssicherheits-Managementsystemen, idealerweise ISO27001
