Als Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) word je de strategische leider van onze informatiebeveiliging. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van een robuust beveiligingsprogramma dat onze organisatie beschermt tegen cyberdreigingen. Met jouw expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) en CyberArk zorg je ervoor dat onze systemen en data veilig en toegankelijk blijven voor de juiste personen.
Jouw taken:
Strategisch leiderschap:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een alomvattende informatiebeveiligingsstrategie en -beleid.
- Leidinggeven aan het beveiligingsteam en bevorderen van een beveiligingsbewuste cultuur.
Risicobeheer:
- Identificeren, beoordelen en mitigeren van beveiligingsrisico's.
- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, penetratietesten en kwetsbaarheidsbeoordelingen.
Identity & Access Management (IAM):
- Beheren en optimaliseren van IAM-systemen, inclusief gebruikersprovisioning, authenticatie en autorisatie.
- Beheren en optimaliseren van de CyberArk-omgeving voor privileged access management.
Beveiligingsoperaties:
- Uitvoeren van beveiligingsaudits en incidentrespons.
- Rapporteren over de status van de informatiebeveiliging aan het management.
Compliance:
- Ervoor zorgen dat de organisatie voldoet aan de van toepassing zijnde wet en regelgeving, zoals GDPR en de ISO27000 serie.
Jouw profiel:
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Informatica, Cybersecurity of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Diepgaande kennis van IAM-principes en CyberArk.
- Ervaring met het implementeren en beheren van beveiligingsbeleid.
- Kennis van beveiligingsnormen en -regelgeving (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Uitstekende communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
- Certificeringen zoals CISSP, CISM of CISA zijn een pluspunt.
