Je versterkt een team van drie payroll officers, inclusief jezelf. Met jouw expertise word je de rechterhand van de manager en neem je het voortouw in alle payroll-processen. Als eerste aanspreekpunt sta je het personeel bij met vragen over HR-zaken zoals payroll, personeelsadministratie en Compensation & Benefits.
Wat ga je doen?
- Beheer van de loonadministratie voor vaste medewerkers en uitzendkrachten.
- Overzicht houden over de personeelsadministratie en opstellen van sociale documenten (contracten, verlof, enz.).
- Vragen beantwoorden en medewerkers adviseren.
- Zorgen dat de sociale wetgeving correct wordt nageleefd.
- Maandelijkse en jaarlijkse loonrapportages opstellen.
- Aanspreekpunt zijn voor externe partners (sociaal secretariaat, Pluxee, enz.).
- Het Comp&Ben-team ondersteunen en bijdragen aan projecten zoals bonussen, cafetariaplan en verzekeringen.
Wie ben jij?
- Ervaren in Payroll met minstens 5 jaar ervaring, waarvan 3 jaar bij een sociaal secretariaat.
- Tweetalig Frans/Nederlands of met een goede basiskennis van de andere taal.
- Communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken. Je bent georganiseerd, kunt prioriteiten stellen en neemt initiatief.
- Kennis van Presta en Mpleo is troef.

Payroll & HR Specialist expérimenté à la recherche d'un nouveau challenge qui te permettra de développer tes talents et compétences ? On te décrit souvent comme quelqu'un de dynamique, chaleureux et teamplayer ? Rejoins notre dream team.
Tu intègreras une équipe de trois payroll officers, toi y compris. Grâce à ton expertise, tu seras le bras droit du manager et prendras en charge l'ensemble des processus liés à la paie. En première ligne de support, tu répondras aux questions du personnel sur les sujets HR : paie, administration du personnel et Comp&Ben.
Ce que tu feras ?
- Gérer la paie des employés et intérimaires.
- Superviser l'administration du personnel et rédiger les documents sociaux (contrats, congés, avenants, etc.).
- Répondre aux questions et conseiller les employés.
- Assurer la conformité aux lois sociales.
- Produire les rapports mensuels et annuels de paie.
- Servir de point de contact pour les partenaires externes (secrétariat social, Pluxee, etc.).
- Soutenir l'équipe Comp&Ben et contribuer aux projets associés (bonus, plan cafétéria, assurances, etc.).
Qui tu es ?
- Expérimenté(e) en Payroll, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, dont 3 ans en secrétariat social.
- Bilingue français/néerlandais ou avec de bonnes bases dans l'autre langue.
- À l'aise aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Une personne ayant l'esprit d'équipe, tout en étant capable de travailler de manière autonome. Organisé(e), capable de définir des priorités et de prendre des initiatives.
- Connaître les logiciels Presta et Mpleo est un plus.
