Het takenpakket:

Als Supplier Management Specialist speel je een sleutelrol in het beheren van leverancierscapaciteit en het optimaliseren van het inkoopproces:

  • Ondersteunen van productie-, inkoop- en leverancierskwaliteitsgroepen bij het identificeren en oplossen van potentiële risico's voor de productieplanning.
  • Actief deelnemen aan het escalatieproces door knelpunten bij leveranciers aan te pakken en samen met interne stakeholders te werken aan oplossingen.
  • Monitoren van leveranciersprestaties en samenwerken met productie om verbeteringsplannen op te stellen.
  • Coördineren met centrale capaciteits- en supplier management teams om processen te optimaliseren en strategische acties op te volgen.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams bij de introductie van nieuwe producten en de bijbehorende leverancierscapaciteit in kaart brengen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in inkoop, supply chain, leveranciersbeheer of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met procesoptimalisatie (Six Sigma is een pluspunt).
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in Engels en Nederlands.
