Als Credit Consultant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de cashflow van onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat openstaande betalingen worden geïnd. Dit doe je door je te verdiepen in kredietbeslissingen, facturatie- en incassoprocessen, en door betalingsregelingen af te spreken. Verder kom je met gerichte actiepunten en oplossingen die bijdragen aan het succes van het bedrijf.
YOUR SKILLS
- Je hebt idealiter werkervaring in debiteurenbeheer, credit control of credit collection.
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma op zak, of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je bent tweetalig in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, aangezien je regelmatig contact hebt met klanten via e-mail en telefoon.
- Een goede beheersing van Engels is een mooie plus.
- Je werkt klantgericht en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je hebt een groot doorzettingsvermogen en weet van aanpakken.
- Je hebt geen schrik om klanten te overtuigen en achterstallige betalingen te innen.
