Over LACO

Bij ons staan langetermijnrelaties met klanten en collega's centraal. Onlangs hebben we enkele grote projecten binnengehaald bij belangrijke klanten, en daarom willen we ons Microsoft-team versterken om samen met het LACO-team end-to-endprojecten te realiseren.
Jouw rol
Als Data Analyst/Power BI-expert bij LACO ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het begrijpen en in kaart brengen van de bedrijfsvereisten.
- Het verzamelen, opschonen en voorbewerken van gegevens uit diverse bronnen.
- Het nauw samenwerken met multifunctionele teams en je expertise in Power BI inzetten om overtuigende visualisaties en rapporten te maken.
- Het ontwerpen, optimaliseren en ontwikkelen van Power BI-rapporten en dashboards die voldoen aan de bedrijfsbehoeften en -vereisten.
- Het samenwerken met stakeholders om gegevensvereisten te verzamelen en te begrijpen, en zorgen voor nauwkeurige en consistente data.
- Het oplossen van problemen met Power BI-rapporten en het omzetten van complexe datasets in bruikbare inzichten door middel van datavisualisaties.
- Het up-to-date blijven met de nieuwste Power BI- en Microsoft Fabric-functionaliteiten en best practices om uit te blinken in deze rol.
Jouw vaardigheden
- Je hebt een bachelor- en/of masterdiploma in computerwetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
- Je hebt een analytische mindset.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Power BI Developer of in een vergelijkbare rol.
- Je bent bekend met programmeertalen zoals SQL, DAX en Python.
- Je kunt data modelleren met technieken zoals Kimball, Dimensional Modelling en Data Vault.
- Je bent bedreven in Power BI, inclusief DAX, datamodellering en custom visuals.

- Goede kennis hebt van Azure Synapse, Data Factory en Databricks.
- Vertrouwd bent met diverse soorten gegevensopslag voor gestructureerde data.
- Een sterke communicator bent en goed in teamverband kunt werken.
- Vloeiend bent in Nederlands en Engels.
