Het Xenics-team bestaat uit 62 hoogopgeleide medewerkers van verschillende nationaliteiten. R&D en algemene diensten werken vanuit Leuven , productie en cleanroom vanuit Tienen . Xenics maakt sinds eind 2022 deel uit van de sterke internationale Exosens groep. Deze samenwerking heeft geleid tot heel wat nieuwe ontwikkelingen en marktmogelijkheden.
Om dit groeiverhaal optimaal te ondersteunen, gaat Xenics op zoek naar een gedreven HR Operations Manager .
Functieomschrijving Als HR Operations Manager zorg je ervoor dat binnen Xenics België de dagelijkse HR-activiteiten vlot verlopen . Je zorgt ervoor dat de HR-processen op punt staan, je voert ze uit, en denkt mee over hoe HR de organisatie optimaal kan ondersteunen. Je werkt in een dynamische, internationale omgeving waar verandering de norm is. Je verdeelt je tijd tussen de sites in Leuven en Tienen, en bent voor alle medewerkers het centrale aanspreekpunt voor HR.
Je krijgt een brede, hands-on rol, waarbij je ondersteund wordt door SD Worx en andere externe partners. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je beheert HR van A tot Z: Total Reward, Talent Acquisition, Employee Life Cycle, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Data-analyse en Rapportering, Training en Ontwikkeling, en Compliance.
- Je brengt de teams in Leuven en Tienen dichter bij elkaar en ontzorgt de organisatie zodat elke werknemer zijn talent optimaal kan inzetten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partner (die instaat voor de roadmap en project werk omtrent Talent), aan wie je zal rapporteren.
Een mooie uitdaging voor een ervaren HR professional die goesting heeft om zijn/haar schouders te zetten onder een internationaal groeiverhaal.
Profiel
- Een stevige allround HR-background is een must.
- Xenics staat open voor verschillende opleidingsachtergronden, maar zoekt iemand met de nauwkeurigheid en analytische vaardigheden die vaak horen bij een masterdiploma.
- Je communiceert helder, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in Nederlands en Engels.
- Binnen het team ben je een aanspreekbaar persoon die graag nauwe contacten onderhoudt op alle niveaus. Je bent een vertrouwensfiguur en een professioneel klankbord.
- Je floreert in een internationale context waar je autonoom kan werken. Je bent iemand die initiatief neemt en die proactief kansen grijpt.
- Bovenal ben je een leergierig en pragmatisch persoon die snel capteert.
- Je bent goed vertrouwd met Microsoft Office Suite, met name Excel en Outlook.
- Je bent bereid om fulltime te werken. Eén dag thuiswerk per week is mogelijk maar je houdt ervan om dicht bij je mensen te staan.
