Who We Are
Wintro is a Ghent based SaaS startup that's revolutionizing employee referrals. Our platform automates the referral process, using LinkedIn data to match employees' networks with open vacancies in their companies. The result? Smarter, faster hiring decisions that make businesses—and their employees—happier. After a successful pre-seed round of funding and validating our product-market fit, we are ready to turn on the boosters and kick some serious ass.
With our first paying clients on board, we're entering an exhilarating new phase of growth and we need you, a driven Account Executive to help us scale.

As our first Account Executive, you'll work hand-in-hand with Jules, the CEO, to lay the groundwork for a robust sales strategy. You'll have the freedom to shape the role, experiment with approaches, and truly own your impact. If the idea of being a cornerstone of our growth journey excites you, we need to talk.
Your Role in the Wintro Adventure
- Be the first point of contact: Identify and engage potential clients through both cold and warm outreach.
- Present with confidence: Conduct demos that showcase how Wintro transforms recruitment processes.
- Seal the deal: Manage the sales cycle from the first call to final negotiations.
- Strategize for success: Work closely with our CEO to refine and scale our sales strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure seamless handovers to your customer success colleague and ensure that valuable customer feedback reaches the engineering team.
- Own your pipeline: Take full accountability for your targets, celebrating wins and learning from challenges.

You'll Thrive If..
- You're experienced in SaaS sales, bonus points if you've sold recruitment solutions or HR software before.
- Cold outreach is your playground—you're comfortable prospecting, generating leads, and securing first calls.
- You know how to own a sales cycle, from first contact to closing the deal.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic office environment and feeding off the team's energy.
