Our customer is looking to reinforce their ERP team with a Senior Functional Analyst.
To support the company, the analyst will be involved in projects to optimise the internal working methods and improve the user experience. This ERP team makes changes to existing applications or develops new solutions that meet the needs of internal customers. The ERP team is made up of around ten professionals, including project managers, functional analysts and developers, and is now looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join its transformation mission. You will report directly to the ERP team's Team Manager.
Job description
- Analysis and estimation: You will gather requirements from internal customers, using evidence-based methods such as workshops. You assess the needs and challenge the business if necessary (you put the arguments in writing so as to have a track record), as well as the time and costs associated with the changes.
- Proposing solutions: You identify several options or approaches adapted to the needs.
- You will draw up specifications covering all the components.
- Continuity of service and maintainability: You will ensure the stability and ease of maintenance of the solutions implemented.
- Impact management: You will analyse the consequences of changes on existing systems to ensure their integrity.
- Configuration and coordination: You will carry out the necessary configurations or work with developers or external service providers in accordance with the established specifications.
- Documentation: You will be responsible for updating the reference documentation to ensure optimum traceability.
- Quality and deployment: You will develop a test plan, supervise the tests, control quality and manage deployment.
- Incident follow-up: You will ensure the rapid resolution of incidents and the management of problems to guarantee uninterrupted service.
Required experience
- You have a bachelor, master or engineering degree.
- You have relevant experience as functional & technical analyst in preferably an enterprise environment, consultancy companies....
- You have expertise one or more of the next methodologies : BPMN, UML , Enterprise Architect , Jira , SOAP, REST, JSON...
- You have application configuration skills.
- You're familiar with low-code applications.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French . You master professional technical English.
