Voor ons kantoor in Zwijnaarde zijn we op zoek naar een ondernemende en dynamische Sales Manager Life & Pension.
Uw functie:
U bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en planning van de activiteiten van de team Life and Pension en Invest van Vlaanderen, met als doel deze te leiden en verder te ontwikkelen.
Als manager zorgt u voor de rendabiliteit binnen het agentschap en de gelinkte portefeuille. Daarnaast besteedt u bijzondere aandacht aan het opbouwen van een sterke teamgeest.
Als people manager zal je ervoor zorgen dat iedereen in uw team op de juiste plek zit, voldoende grip heeft op de tools die tot hun beschikking staan en gemotiveerd en geïnspireerd is door hun dagelijkse werk.

- U bent ondernemend
- De wereld van de verzekeringen Life and Pension en Invest heeft geen geheimen meer voor u
- U hebt al een eerste ervaring als business manager, of hebt genoeg ervaring om deze sprong te wagen
- U bent gedreven door klantencontact en resultaten
- U gaat vlot om met de verwerking van cijfers
- U heeft een geboren gevoel voor analyse
- U communiceert open en duidelijk
- U bent vlot in het Nederlands en een goeie begrip van het Frans.
- U beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma
