Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook. Functieomschrijving Smals is onderworpen aan de wet op de overheidsopdrachten en in die context wenst de ICT-aankoopdienst zijn team te versterken. Smals kiest ervoor gemotiveerde mensen op te leiden tot beheerders van overheidsopdrachten.
We bieden je een functie als Public Tender ICT Purchaser met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en zorgen voor opleiding en coaching om je professionele groei te verzekeren.
Het opleidingsprogramma zal vooral gericht zijn op kennis van Smals en de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten. Gedrags- en taaltraining zijn ook gepland.
Je wordt direct ondergedompeld in de functie om je nieuwe kennis in praktijk te brengen en wordt "on the job" gecoacht.
Als beheerder van overheidsopdrachten help je de verantwoordelijke Tenders bij alle aspecten die te maken hebben met de gunning van overheidsopdrachten, voornamelijk voor de aankoop van IT-producten en -diensten.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opstelling van bestekken, gunningsdossiers en interne beslissingsdocumenten.
Je onderhoudt je technische kennis en kennis van de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten en volgt de evolutie in het domein actief op. Profiel Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma en beschikt al over een aantal jaren ervaring in een functie die precisie en nauwgezetheid vereist.
Je houdt van administratieve taken en vindt planningen respecteren belangrijk.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent betrokken, flexibel, nieuwsgierig en reactief. Je bent bereid je in te zetten om de kennis en vaardigheden te verwerven die nodig zijn voor de job.
Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, een sterk organisatietalent en een vlotte pen.
Je hebt een analytische geest en beschikt over uitstekende kritische denkvaardigheden. Je bent ook in staat om informatie te verzamelen en deze in duidelijke en gestructureerde teksten te presenteren.
Je beheerst Word en Excel.
Je kan daarenboven zeer goed communiceren en luisteren.
Algemene informaticakennis is een troef.
Een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels zijn een pluspunt.
