Nous vous offrons un poste Public Tender ICT Purchaser en laissant de la place au développement et en vous fournissant une formation et du coaching permettant votre croissance professionnelle.
Le programme de la formation sera focalisé sur la connaissance de Smals et la législation sur les marchés publics. Des formations comportementales et de langues sont également prévues.
En tant que gestionnaire de marchés publics, vous assistez la Responsable Tenders pour tous les aspects liés à la passation de marchés publics pour l'achat de produits et de services informatiques principalement.
Vous entretenez vos connaissances techniques et de la législation sur les marchés publics, et suivez activement l'évolution dans le domaine. Profil Vous êtes titulaire, au minimum, d'un diplôme de Bachelier et faites valoir plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction demandant précision et rigueur.
Vous appréciez les tâches administratives et êtes soucieux du respect des plannings.
Vous d'un solide sens des responsabilités et de l'organisation ainsi que de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles.
Vous disposez d'un esprit d'analyse et d'un grand sens critique. Vous avez d'une bonne connaissance de Word et Excel.
Disposer d'une connaissance générale de l'informatique est un plus.
Une bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et la connaissance de l'anglais sont des atouts.
