Als ICT & Services Buyer draag je bij aan het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van een Best-In-Class leveranciersbasis op gebied van prijs, kwaliteit, levering en service, aan de hand van een lean en transparant competitief Sourcing Solution & Supplier Relationship Management proces: Je optimaliseert en monitort de procurementactiviteiten binnen de toegewezen categorieën en projecten op gebied van prijs, total cost of ownership, en (op)levering & service. Je beheert het aankoopproces van A tot Z; Je bewaakt en monitort het procurement proces binnen Brussels Airport Company tijdens tendering en gunning, in nauwe samenwerking met het legal departement; Je draagtbij aan de implementatie van de procurement strategie en ontwikkelt, faciliteert en challenget de category strategieën; Je werkt samen met de verschillende interne departementen om mogelijkheden tot creatie van toegevoegde waarde te identificeren en te realiseren, en hebt een invloed op alle aankoopgerelateerde zaken in de verschillende departementen; Je negotieert de best mogelijke voorstellen op commercieel en financieel vlak, evalueert leveranciersprestaties en leidt verbeteringsplannen; Je rapporteert aan de Procurement Category Manager OPEX. Je behaalde een master diploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring; Je hebt 3tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in Category procurement, meer specifiek ICT & Services; Je hebt een grondige kennis van concepten en principes gebruikt in procurement en hebt een goed begrip van de financiële en juridische zaken die eraan te pas komen; Je hebt sterke analytische en synthetische vaardigheden; Je hebt zeer goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden; Je communiceert met impact en overtuigingskracht; Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, en hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels.
