Trendskout is een AI Scale-Up die Artificiële Intelligentie toegankelijker wil maken. Dit doen we met ons eigen ontwikkeld AI-Platform dat we rechtstreeks aanbieden aan verschillende types organisaties. We richten ons hierbij voornamelijk op Sales AI, en helpen bedrijf om meer omzet te realiseren en tijdrovende taken te automatiseren. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met een zeer open en aangename sfeer dat een pionier is in Artificiële Intelligentie. We zijn op zoek naar gemotiveerde mensen die mee met ons de voorhoede willen vormen in de AI revolutie.
Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- klanten begeleiden tijdens de trial periode (een trial is een project),
- opvolgen van de data scientists die aan jouw project werken,
- je bezoekt klanten in België en Nederland, ongeveer 1 maal per 2 weken bezoek je een klant in Nederland,
- het beheren van je klantenportfolio en bewaken van klanttevredenheid,
- de requirements bij klanten in kaart te brengen en te koppelen aan de functionaliteit van ons product,
- de communicatie met de klant tijdens de implementatie van ons product,
- het geven van presentaties aan de klant over de resultaten van de eerste use cases die werden geïmplementeerd via ons platform, en deze toepassen op de business case van de klant,
- meedenken hoe we het product verder kunnen verbeteren.
Een Project Manager beschikt over:
- ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een B2B SaaS omgeving, ervaring in Scale-Up of Start-up is een grote plus,
- sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden,
- commerciële ingesteldheid,
- ervaring met klantencontact,
- kennis van AI-concepten, en een sterk analytisch vermogen. Programmeer-kennis is geen must, begrijpen hoe de resultaten tot stand zijn gekomen en high level begrip van databases wel,
- een relevant diploma is een troef.
