Functieomschrijving Als GL Accountant speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de nauwkeurigheid en integriteit van de financiële gegevens van Ipsos. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de CFO en ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor verschillende kern boekhoudkundige taken.
MAAK JIJ HET VERSCHIL?                                                                                                                                 
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte periodieke afsluiting.
  • Berekenen en verrichten van provisieboekingen.
  • Opstellen van de jaarrekening, intercompany reconciliatie, AR/AP reconciliatie.
  • Je assisteert bij interne en externe audits  en fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Zorgen voor tijdelijke en correcte BTW aangifte .
  • Analyse  van financiële gegevens en rapportages  opstellen.
  • Mee identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen  in financiële processen.
  • Fungeren als back-up  voor andere medewerkers van de Finance-afdeling.
Profiel HOE VUL JIJ ONS AAN? 
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring  in een gelijkaardige rol en kent alle boekhoudprincipes en praktijken (GAAP). Ervaring binnen de services sector is zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je kan je snel in nieuwe dossiers inwerken. 
  • Je beschikt over goede kennis van fiscaliteit , BTW  en cashmanagement .
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke  vaardigheden in het Nederlands  en het Engels .
  • Je bent een " multitasker"  die zelfstandig en matuur kan werken.Ook in drukke periodes weet je het overzicht  te bewaren.
  • Je werkt detailgericht  en zorgt voor het nauwkeurig aanleveren van de nodige data  (vb. financiële rapportages).
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische, probleemoplossende vaardigheden  .
  • Je kan vlot werken met meerdere informaticaprogramma's .
