Description de la fonction Le Coordinateur de Service occupe une position importante dans la coordination des projets et activités de service réalisés par l'équipe des ingénieurs de service Motion & Drives en Belgique et au Luxembourg. Vous coordonnerez et planifierez la fourniture des ressources nécessaires, des pièces de rechange et de la logistique pour les travaux de service sur site, en veillant à ce que le processus soit fluide, de la demande de devis à l'acceptation par le client.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Service, vous agirez comme le principal point de contact pour le client, les ingénieurs de service sur le terrain, nos usines et les fournisseurs externes pendant l'exécution d'un travail de service.
Vos principales responsabilités:
  • Planifier les interventions de maintenance des ingénieurs de service chez nos clients, y compris le flux logistique.
  • Tenir l'équipe et les clients informés de l'avancement et de l'état des dossiers par une communication claire et cohérente.
  • Agir en tant que point de contact principal (par mail et téléphone) pour les clients, les ingénieurs de service et toutes les autres parties prenantes.
  • Fournir des descriptions de travail aux ingénieurs pour l'exécution des services et préparer des plans de sécurité au travail selon les normes ISO et VCA.
  • Suivre tous les petits projets en cours pour garantir une livraison efficace des projets.
  • Gérer tous les rapports et la documentation nécessaires et superviser l'enregistrement en temps voulu des données nécessaires dans le système.
  • Rapporter et prendre les mesures nécessaires envers nos clients et l'équipe de vente sur la base des rapports de maintenance.
  • Identifier les principales opportunités d'amélioration des produits, services et processus, et diffuser les résultats.
Profil
  • Mentalité positive, avec une approche collaborative et axée sur les solutions, et des compétences efficaces en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à utiliser efficacement divers outils, y compris Salesforce, SAP et les outils propriétaires d'ABB.
  • Capacité à organiser les tâches avec précision, à rester efficace dans des environnements sous pression et à prioriser les responsabilités de manière efficiente.
  • Expérience dans un rôle lié aux services appréciée.
  • Volonté de développer à la fois vos compétences en planification et votre affinité technique est essentielle.
  • Enthousiasme pour explorer des technologies innovantes est indispensable.
  • Maîtrise du néerlandais ou du français et de l'anglais.
  • Compétences en communication efficaces avec une orientation client.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; SAP est un atout.
