The role

As a Global Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), you will be responsible for project support tasks within clinical research and work closely with the CRA and Project Manager.

  • Processing and archiving study related documents (such as Case Report Forms).
  • Processing payments and tracking of study budgets.
  • Organizing meetings.
  • Taking care of all logistical and administrative aspects within clinical studies.

What you should bring to the team

  • Previous experience in the industry.
  • Good administrative and communication skills.
  • You are great at planning and organizing and can prioritize well.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of the English language and Dutch OR French.

Please note you will need to be based in Belgium when working in this role (fully remote working is not possible). This is a hybrid position.
