McBride is seeking a Finance Business Partner for its Estaimpuis site. You will lead finance activities for two manufacturing divisions, partnering with the Plant Manager and Site Management Team to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will own budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and CAPEX evaluation, providing challenge and insight to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
