About the job
As Membership Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening relationships with existing member firms, increasing their engagement and securing long-term retention. Reporting to the Head of Membership, you will act as a trusted point of contact, helping members make the most of the organisation’s services, expertise and network.

- Consultative relationship management: Engage with stakeholders at different levels, from partners and executives to investor relations, business development and marketing professionals. Understand their priorities and recommend relevant membership services, resources and opportunities.
- Member onboarding and engagement: Guide new members through their first year, helping them move from initial awareness to active participation in events, training, research, working groups and networking activities.
- Membership value and retention: Build tailored engagement plans, maintain regular contact and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships across multiple teams within each member firm.
- Networking and cross-team collaboration: Represent the organisation at conferences and events, connect members with relevant contacts and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities that match their needs.
- CRM and performance tracking: Maintain accurate records of interactions, monitor engagement and retention indicators, and use KPIs to prioritise actions and improve follow-up.
You will benefit from a structured onboarding period, working closely with the Head of Membership before progressively taking ownership of your portfolio and outreach activities.
