Argo is looking for a junior associate (1-3 years’ experience) to strengthen its Corporate team

Your role

As a Corporate (junior) M&A associate you will become part of our ambitious corporate team. You will be able to work for several partners and in close collaboration with other associates.

You will work on high-level M&A transactions, both in a Belgian and cross-border context, while benefiting from client exposure and a high level of autonomy.

You are ...

A Master of Law graduate with a strong academic record. An extra Master’s at a business school or an LLM is a plus.

Analytical, detail-oriented and a creative thinker.

Relevant experience in the field of corporate/M&A, gained in a reputable law firm.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

A clear communicator with a pragmatic and down-to-earth mindset.

Ambitious and eager to develop within a professional environment where you can sharpen your skills and deliver high-quality, practical legal advice.

Genuinely interested in how technology and AI are transforming the legal profession, and motivated to be part of that evolution.
