Our client is an innovative international technology company developing advanced solutions in a highly regulated and engineering-driven environment.

Lead, coach, and support team members in their professional growth and development.
Build and maintain a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective team delivery by managing capacity, workload, planning, and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to strengthen Agile practices and improve overall team performance.

Proven experience in people management, team leadership, coaching, or talent development.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and engagement.
Experience working in Agile, technical, engineering, or other multidisciplinary environments.
Ability to balance people management, operational delivery, and organizational priorities while adapting to change.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
