Freelance R&D People Manager
- Lead, coach, and support team members in their professional growth and development.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective team delivery by managing capacity, workload, planning, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to strengthen Agile practices and improve overall team performance.
Profiel
- Proven experience in people management, team leadership, coaching, or talent development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and engagement.
- Experience working in Agile, technical, engineering, or other multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to balance people management, operational delivery, and organizational priorities while adapting to change.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
