Join a rapidly growing company as a Functional Analyst As an analyst, you’ll play a central role in analyzing customer needs, modeling functional requirements, and developing test scenarios to ensure product quality. - You will analyze customer needs and ask relevant questions during discussions with users in order to conduct a comprehensive and detailed functional analysis that can be technically implemented;
- You will organize, outline, and model client requests into precise functional requirements. Based on your analysis, developers will be able to begin the programming process;
- You will develop test scenarios in collaboration with the client to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the final product;
- You will support business projects across various departments by suggesting optimizations and improvements to enhance existing processes;
- You will assist with the operational activities of our pension management department by verifying data quality and calculation results. You will also be responsible for performing certain more complex operational tasks.
- Holds a master’s degree in a field with a strong quantitative component, such as mathematics, physics, engineering, business, economics, or a similar field;
- Has at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable role;
- Has experience in the insurance industry, which is a plus;
- Is fluent in French or Dutch, with a basic knowledge of the other language. Proficiency in English is considered an asset;
- Has a strong affinity for numbers and data, is proficient in Excel, and demonstrates a well-developed analytical mind with the ability to think abstractly;
- Is a strong communicator, sociable, and able to share ideas clearly and in an organized manner;
- Is capable of participating in the management of new projects or initiatives;
- Has a strong sense of responsibility, is capable of working independently, and places particular importance on organization and managing priorities.
