In the context of a large-scale, multi-year infrastructure project in and around Antwerp, we are looking for an experienced Project Lead.

Lead project execution within assigned scope, budget, planning, and quality requirements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor progress, risks, interfaces, and project performance.
Support decision-making and ensure timely escalation of issues.
Align engineering, procurement, construction, QHSES, and project controls.
Report project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Experience as a project lead, project manager, package manager, or similar role.
Strong background in infrastructure, construction, civil, industrial, or engineering projects.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces.
Strong planning, risk, budget, and stakeholder-management skills.
Clear communication style and decision-making capability.
Experience on large-scale projects is a strong asset.
