- Analyze requests from the ticketing system
- Understand business needs and evaluate requests
- Document requirements as structured specifications
- Design and develop reports using Qlik Sense, Excel, and Excel via Power Query
- Adapt and improve existing reports
- Identify and propose alternative solutions when limitations arise
- Validate data consistency from the ERP and other systems
- Ensure alignment with current business processes
- Train and support Key Users
- Document reports and their use
- Communicate updates and changes
- Provide functional support and propose corrective actions
Requirements
- Excellent command of French required
- Business-level English
- MySQL or equivalent
- Qlik Sense
- Excel using Power Query
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of data structures
- Ability to navigate data tables
- At least 2 years of experience
- Experience in reporting/data analysis involving interaction with business units
