Maintaining and evolving critical technical applications used across the organisation
Managing software packaging (EXE, MSI, MSIX) using tools such as InstallShield and WISE
Operating across a broad infrastructure stack spanning Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS
Administering and maintaining Active Directory (domains, trees, forests, trusts, groups, users, OUs, sites), LDAP and GPO
Working hands‑on with Intune/SCCM for device and application management
Supporting Azure environments (static/dynamic groups, license assignment)
Contributing to networking setups (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
Applying application virtualization (App‑V) and Oracle VM VirtualBox
Scripting and automating with PowerShell and VBScript
Ensuring security processes, policies and standards remain aligned with business and regulatory requirements
Acting as a trusted technical point of contact across technical, business and management stakeholders

Bachelor's level knowledge (or equivalent through experience)
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role and comparable large-scale environments
Proven experience managing IT environments with 100 000+ endpoints and 1 000+ software applications
Strong hands‑on packaging experience (EXE, MSI, MSIX) using InstallShield, WISE or similar toolsets
Relevant certification (MCSA, MCSE, or MCSD)
In‑depth expertise in Active Directory, LDAP, GPO and Intune/SCCM
Broad knowledge of Azure, networking fundamentals, App‑V and Oracle VM VirtualBox
Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript)
C2‑level fluency in at least one of: English, Dutch or French
