What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end change management activities from preparation and impact assessment through implementation and post-go-live adoption.
  • Develop and execute pragmatic change action plans, including communication, training, engagement, events and adoption measurements.
  • Support multiple transformation initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously across a complex programme environment.
  • Drive change adoption for large-scale digitalisation and business transformation projects.
  • Analyse change impacts and translate them into concrete interventions for affected teams and employees.
  • Facilitate workshops, team sessions and stakeholder meetings and create alignment around the change.
  • Engage and coordinate change ambassadors, SPOCs and other internal networks.
  • Work closely with project, product, business and IT teams in Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or similar environments.
  • Monitor adoption, gather feedback and adapt the change approach throughout the transformation.
  • Act as a trusted and empathetic partner for employees, managers and senior stakeholders.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Change Management / Business Change Management, preferably in complex transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience taking ownership of end-to-end change implementations.
  • Experience managing change across multiple projects, products or initiatives at the same time.
  • Strong experience with digital transformation and adoption of new tools, processes or ways of working.
  • Practical experience with Prosci / ADKAR or another recognised change-management methodology.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and supporting teams, managers, change networks or ambassadors.
  • Demonstrable experience engaging and aligning stakeholders in complex organisational change.
  • Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum, PRINCE2 or product-oriented environments.
  • Strong empathy, listening skills and the ability to communicate with people at different organisational levels.
  • A structured, pragmatic and hands-on approach: you can turn a change strategy into concrete actions and measurable adoption.
