Fast UV Nanopatterning for Metasurfaces

Imec invites Master and PhD students to join Leuven-based internship programs focused on high-speed UV nanopatterning for metasurfaces and optical device fabrication. You will gain hands-on experience in lithography, metrology, and optical simulations.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, performing lithographic patterning, supporting metasurface design and fabrication, and documenting results for reports and presentations.
