Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement the learning and talent development strategy.
• Coordinate performance reviews and support career development.
• Identify training needs and manage learning programs.
• Manage the e-learning platform (LMS), onboarding programs, and training budget.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR teams, BENU Academy, and PHOENIX Group internationally.

Your profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset and excellent project management skills.
