Information systems and IT environments.

- Administrative business processes within large organisations.
- Business Analysis and modelling techniques aligned with BABOK and IEEE
- User Stories, Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria.
- State diagrams and Entity Relationship Models.
- BPMN and/or UML, or equivalent modelling standards.
- Process, architecture and requirements modelling.
- Diagramming, modelling and wireframing tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Pencil and UML/BPMN modelling tools.
- Collaboration platforms including Confluence, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Requirements management tools such as Jira or GitLab, including backlog management through Epics and User Stories.
- Software development and governance methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and ITIL.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with ARIS.
- Experience with ArchiMate and Archi.
- Experience with the European Interoperability Framework (EIF)
