Function
Our client is looking for a functional consultant to support CRM initiatives built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into robust functional solutions that favor standard platform capabilities and encourage strong user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with business users to capture, refine, and prioritize requirements.
- Analyze current processes and define target processes, including BPMN-based modeling where relevant.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Collaborate closely with project management, product ownership, solution architecture, development, and testing teams.
- Ensure delivered solutions are coherent, high-quality, and aligned with standard platform functionality rather than custom development.
- Support CRM solutions that serve user and citizen relationship management within a public-sector context.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse configuration.
- Solid knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps (model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Power Pages is considered a plus.
- Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of process and data modeling, including BPMN.
- Good knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, MB-210, MB-230, or PL-600 are an advantage.

- You have a proven background as a functional analyst in CRM or business applications.
- You are comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology.
- You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and are able to turn requirements into actionable solutions.
- You take a pragmatic approach and aim to maximize standard platform features.
Practical Information
- This is a consulting assignment with a hybrid working model.
- A minimum of 50% on-site presence is required.
- The assignment is based in Brussels.
- The working language is French.
- English is also required.
