Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for customer-focused work? As an Auto Claims Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting customers and insurance brokers throughout the claims filing process. You’ll be responsible for determining liability and maintaining valuable relationships. - You provide telephone support to the insurance agent and the client during the claims filing process and the subsequent handling of the case;
- You verify coverage and determine liability during the initial phone call;
- You apply industry standards (such as RDR, IADC, etc.) and adhere to the agreed-upon deadlines and quality objectives for the team;
- You maintain good relationships with internal advisors (experts, technical inspectors, etc.) as well as with clients and brokers.
- Possesses a sharp analytical mind and is able to filter relevant information from files;
- Is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and knows how to build strong, trusting relationships with contacts to achieve this;
- Is proactive and solution-oriented, with a good dose of empathy;
- Is not afraid to take initiative and make well-considered decisions;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics. Another degree combined with strong motivation and/or relevant experience is also a plus The rest will be learned during the onboarding process.
