As a Business Analyst, you will help translate business needs into clear functional analyses and support improvements across processes and applications. You will join an organisation that plays a central role in the energy sector. It is a high-tech environment that manages a high volume of live data in the cloud. Your contribution will help support the energy transition, driving efficiency and stability across the entire energy landscape.

Your Tasks

Build and share your knowledge within your assigned business domain.
Support functional workshops with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional insights.
Help explain how business needs are reflected in processes and applications.
Contribute to clear documentation, information flows and practical working methods.
Support projects and help teams apply agreed ways of working consistently.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers, trainers, migration teams and the track lead.

Your Skills

You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
You have gained a first relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
You are interested in the energy sector and motivated to develop your knowledge further.
You enjoy analysing business needs and turning them into clear, practical insights.
You communicate clearly and feel comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
You bring a collaborative, customer-focused mindset and are happy to support colleagues.
You are eager to learn, take ownership and continue developing your functional expertise.
You are fluent in Dutch or French, understand the other national language well, and have a good command of English.
