- Manage overall IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
- Lead the local SAP S/4HANA implementation, including coordination with business users, regional IT, and implementation partners.
- Ensure system availability, business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Manage IT projects, vendors, budgets, and software/hardware procurement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small senior technical team.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive process improvements and technology initiatives.

Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in an IT leadership role.
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure and manufacturing IT environments.
- Experience with ERP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Good leadership, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
