dsm-firmenich's Louvain-la-Neuve site is seeking an Associate Manager, Operational SHE & S to strengthen safety culture across the manufacturing site. You will coach managers and operators, promote safe behaviors, and ensure SHE&S standards are applied daily, helping drive operational excellence.
You will lead safety initiatives, conduct field coaching, and act as a trusted partner to operations while supporting continuous improvement and learning from incidents.
