key responsibilities
As a Medior Developer, you will be a pillar of the team, responsible for technical execution and developing junior talent:
* Client Projects: You actively contribute to the entire project lifecycle (from conception to complete architecture) for our clients.
* Code Quality: You take the initiative to improve code quality within the team and implement best practices.
* Junior Mentor/Coach: → Provide Technical Advice, Debugging assistance, and conduct thorough Code Reviews. → Actively train and support junior developers in their learning and growth.### The profile we are looking forWe are seeking someone who:
* Has successful prior experience supporting and mentoring junior developers.
* Is ready to commit to becoming a Tech Lead at Nightborn and eventually leading a team.
* Wants to have a significant impact on projects and on the team's overall technical expertise.
* Has solid teamwork experience, communicates clearly, and loves sharing knowledge.###
