Are you a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in AI and a passion for turning cutting-edge technologies into real-world applications?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack AI Developer to join an innovative project within the public sector, focused on digitalising and improving operational interrogation and interview processes.

You will work on high-impact solutions combining Full-Stack Development, Artificial Intelligence, LLMs and Multimodal AI, contributing directly to applications with a clear societal impact.

Your challenges will be:

• Develop and maintain modern Full-Stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Integrate AI/ML models through APIs into existing and new applications.
• Build solutions leveraging LLMs and Vision Language Models (VLMs).
• Work on prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Develop AI solutions combining text, image and video data.
• Design and manage data preprocessing and multimodal data pipelines.Contribute to technical architecture, code quality and system reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI specialists to bring innovative solutions into production.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and share your knowledge with other developers.

Profile

Must-have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI application development.
• Strong experience with Node.js and React.
• At least 1 year of experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and/or VLMs such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, CLIP or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating AI models through APIs.
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning.
• Experience working with text, image and/or multimodal datasets.
• Experience developing multimodal AI applications.
• Native or C2-level Dutch and good English.
• Strong software engineering skills and a hands-on mindset.

• RAG and Vector Databases
• ML pipelines and model optimisation
• PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
• Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2, etc.)
• GPU/CUDA and NVIDIA technologies
• PostgreSQL or other relational databases

Native or C2-level Dutch and good English.
