Voor onze partner, een internationale speler binnen de industriële techniek, zoeken we een ervaren Business Development Manager met een sterk netwerk en commerciële drive.

Je krijgt de vrijheid om nieuwe industriële klanten te openen, strategische relaties op te bouwen en complexe salestrajecten te ontwikkelen.

Jouw rol

Je richt je op middelgrote en grote industriële organisaties en spreekt met beslissers binnen maintenance, engineering, operations en procurement.

Je verkoopt geen standaardproduct. Je ontdekt waar klanten kunnen besparen, efficiënter kunnen werken en processen kunnen verbeteren vertaalt dit naar commerciële oplossingen.

Je houdt je bezig met onder andere:

  • New business & strategische accounts
  • Industriële maintenance en MRO
  • Proces- en supply-chain optimalisatie
  • Kostenbesparing & Total Cost of Ownership
  • Technische oplossingen en services
  • Langdurige, complexe salestrajecten

Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen markt te ontwikkelen. Van eerste deur die je opent tot partnership op directieniveau.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaren in B2B sales / business development binnen de industrie
  • Sterk in acquisitie en het openen van nieuwe accounts
  • Beschikt over een relevant industrieel netwerk
  • Ervaring met langere salescycli en meerdere stakeholders
  • Commercieel sterk én technisch nieuwsgierig
  • Ondernemend, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht

Ervaring met MRO, maintenance, rotating equipment, hydrauliek, pneumatiek of industriële componenten is een sterke pré.
