We're looking for a senior risk officer to turn technology, operational and AI risk findings into measurable remediation plans. You'll connect risk, security, architecture and delivery across Agile AI projects.
What you'll do
- Challenge audit findings to identify underlying causes.
- Translate risks into prioritised backlogs and mitigation roadmaps.
- Coordinate remediation across architecture, security and delivery teams.
- Track progress, dependencies and residual risks through to closure.
- Report risk exposure and remediation results to executive stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly risk reviews covering audit progress and risk closure.
What you bring
- At least five years in IT risk, operational risk, cybersecurity, technology governance or technology transformation.
- Experience managing complex remediation programmes and cross-functional transformation in complex environments.
- Cyber risk management, risk remediation planning and implementation governance.
- Agile software delivery, DevSecOps, SaaS, public cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Security frameworks, control environments, risk management frameworks and control methodologies.
- Change management, release management and operational governance.
- Workshop facilitation, stakeholder alignment, constructive challenge and concise executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, cybersecurity or risk management, or equivalent experience.
- French or Dutch, B2.
- English, C1.
Nice to have
- AI governance, model risk management or Responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with NIST AI RMF or EU AI Act.
- Financial services experience or knowledge of financial sector regulation.
- Experience with regulatory inspections, internal audits or supervisory reviews.
- CRISC, CISA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor, PMP, Prince2, Agile certification or ITIL Foundation.
