As a project coordinator you ensure that vehicles and mobility solutions meet all required regulations before entering the market. You operate in the homologation team; the heart of engineering, compliance, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, verifying, and managing technical documentation for approval.
- Following up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting vehicle testing with official authorities and ensuring correct execution.
- Managing certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
- Monitoring and interpreting EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
- Handling administrative follow-up (documentation, SharePoint, reporting, guidelines).
- Improving processes around compliance tracking and data management.
