The Position
Join our Portfolio Management Support Office to enable high-quality project delivery. You will work closely with the Business NMBS and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM.
- Collect, analyze, and follow up on user requirements related to ServiceNow SPM.
- Coordinate and execute UAT testing activities and monitor progress.
- Organize bi-weekly requirements meetings with Business SNCB.
- Provide training sessions and manage user access requests.
- Support project delivery processes and governance meetings.
- Support financial governance activities, including budget follow-up.
