Responsibilities
- Support project leaders and product owners during the initiation, execution, and follow-up of various ICT projects.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and progress to ensure high-quality delivery across the portfolio.
- Perform quality control on project documentation and reporting to provide accurate management information.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and capacity planning to optimize the performance of the project portfolio.
- Collaborate with management to align strategic goals with the portfolio and provide data-driven insights for prioritization.
- Contribute to the further professionalization of project and portfolio management methodologies within the organization.
