We are seeking a Program Manager OT Cybersecurity (Dutch) to join our team in Brussels. The role will lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all OT cybersecurity projects at the site, from analysis and design through implementation and delivery.
- Provide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment.
- Coordinate and lead cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity improvement programs.
- Report project progress to operational and client management levels.
- Support implementation of cybersecurity strategy in accordance with IEC 62443, NIS2 and other regulations.
- Coach and mentor engineers and project team members to ensure quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Extensive experience in OT cybersecurity, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and security monitoring.
- Proven project or program management experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence.
Nice to have
- Experience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environments.
- Fluency in French.
- Experience with contract and budget management.
