Partnering directly with the EVP EMEA, you willdrivethe execution of strategic priorities, foster collaboration across functions and geographies,managemultipleprojectsandenhance organizational performance and business impact across the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the EVP EMEA,theroleaims todrivetheregionaltransformation agenda by aligning priorities, integrating cross-functional initiatives,managingmultipleprojects,and enabling effective decision-making across a matrix organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinatethe EMEA transformation agenda, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the EVP EMEA, providing insights, performance visibility, and recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Manage multiple projects in close collaboration with local business teams, including regular travel to sites.

  • Drive collaboration and governance across the EMEA Leadership Team, PMOs, andglobal stakeholders, ensuring accountability and disciplined execution.

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and remove obstacles tomaintainmomentum on critical priorities.

  • Trackprojectsperformance and transformation progress through KPIs, dashboards, and actionable reporting.

  • Promote continuous improvement, simplifyingprocessesand enhancing organizational effectiveness.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and facilitating solutions in aninternationalstakeholder environment.

ABOUT YOU

Success in thepositionrequires outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and drive alignment acrossaninternational organization.

Key requirements:

  • Manager-level experience in management consulting, complemented byrelevant in-housecorporate experience instrategy execution, transformation, operational excellence,orprogram management.

  • Experiencedrivingtransformation withinmatrix organizations ,with a hands‑on approach and close partnership with businessteamsand senior leaders.

  • Executivecommunication skillsand strategic thinking ,translatingbusiness priorities into actionable roadmaps,andinfluencing decision-making atsenior leadershiplevel.

  • Outstandingstakeholder managementskills ,with a passionforbeingclose tothe businessand drivingalignment acrossfunctionsandgeographies.

  • Projectmanagementexpertise , including governance,dependency management, and performance tracking.Relevant certifications(PMP, PRINCE2,Prosci, Scrum Master, Agile Coach)are an advantage.

  • Experience working acrossmulticulturalenvironment, with the flexibility to travel regularlyacross EMEA tounderstand operational realities and engage with local teams.
