For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced consultant to support several strategic projects within the People & Organisation function.
- Start : 02/11/2026
- End : 12/27
- Brussels
- Work regime : 70%
Planning, financial insights, process improvement, governance and change management.
1. Workforce Planning & Budgeting
The organisation is further developing a more integrated and data-driven approach to workforce and budget planning.
You will support the project by:
- Working closely with the project lead and key stakeholders throughout the implementation of a new planning solution;
- Translating business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements;
- Helping define the relevant data, reporting needs and functional specifications;
- Bringing structure and best practices to existing workforce and financial planning processes;
- Contributing to the design and implementation of governance frameworks, roles and processes;
- Supporting configuration and functional testing of the solution;
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency and usability of the outputs;
- Developing relevant reporting and management insights.
2. External Workforce Management
In parallel, you will support the organisation in improving the way external professionals and service providers are managed.
Your contribution will include:
- Supporting the implementation of new ways of working related to external workforce management;
- Facilitating alignment between People & Organisation teams and business stakeholders;
- Helping define clear processes, responsibilities and governance principles;
- Supporting change management and adoption across the organisation;
- Developing practical guidelines, documentation and communication materials;
- Helping create a more consistent approach to the onboarding and offboarding of external professionals;
- Setting up relevant reporting and follow-up mechanisms.
Your profile
We are looking for a consultant who combines financial and analytical expertise with an interest in people-related topics and organisational transformation.
You have:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience;
- A background in Finance, controlling, business analysis or a related field, combined with a strong interest in HR and organisational topics;
- Experience with the implementation or optimisation of workforce planning, financial planning or budgeting solutions;
- Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions and structured processes;
- The ability to contribute to transversal transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders;
- Experience supporting change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes or tools.
