Job Description

Do you enjoy keeping things organised and making sure customers receive their online orders smoothly? We are looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Order Administrator to support our e‑commerce order flow, from order entry and inventory follow‑up to shipment and delivery. You are proactive, flexible and have a consumer‑focused mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide back‑office support for e‑commerce orders in close cooperation with the Front Office and E‑commerce teams.
• Monitor orders throughout the complete delivery process, from order entry and inventory allocation to shipment and last‑mile delivery.
• Process and follow up Direct‑to‑Consumer parcel orders.
• Coordinate personalised orders and related value‑added services.
• Provide operational and logistics support during peak commercial periods, such as sales campaigns, Black Friday and the holiday season.
• Follow up on customer requests received through social media in relation to e‑commerce and D2C orders.

• Customer‑focused, accurate and well organised.
• Proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Able to manage different priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and confident using Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage.
• Previous experience in order administration, customer service, e‑commerce or logistics is an advantage, but motivated graduates are also encouraged to apply.
